Fuel tap
Hi all, where the fuel pipe from my left hand carb joins my fuel tap, the spigot that the pipe pushes onto can twist and just pull out, I was thinking if it fell out while riding, there would be petrol and flames everywhere, so I was thinking of gluing it into place, has this ever happened to anyone? My bike is a S3a

Re: Fuel tap
Hi
Have had it happen on a carb or two.
You didn't mention whether it was a pattern part or original equipment.
I tended to gently tap back into place, then try to twist out by hand.
Mr Tango will be able to help you.

Re: Fuel tap
Load the spigot (not the tap body) with Epoxy then tap it back in..
