Anyone got my old bike?

H2, Blue, KHA128L

Sold it around 1980, avatar picture is of it and was the one Superbike published as their first readers (me) 'Hairy Tales' stories, no prizes for guessing the subject matter!

I rode it at a lot of rwyb's at Santa Pod - never got beat once.

Currently rebuilding a (US) 'barn find' H2A which hopefully will see the light of day next year - subject to some parts availability.......

I can rember reading it, Many times over just a lad of 16. it made me want one. I got a kh 250 on the strenght of that. and then some years later a 72 H2 Now still have a H2b. Gonna buy you a drink when we meet

Blimey I'm a legend....

Glad to have influenced a few to go down the triple route, hopefully no one got too hurt doing it...

The mag got a few of the details wrong, it should have said work to home, not the other way round, it didn't add I was in third gear, and my time at Santa Pod was 12.09 - with a slipping clutch...

What's the best time someone's done at Santa Pod with a totally stock bike (mine was apart from ace bars) - with a good clutch?
