With the current weather conditions prevalent over most of the U.K. right now this vehicle would make perfect sense.
I don't see how this sort of behaviour could fail to plant a smile on anyone's chops.
Pity they are not available, free, on the N.H.S!
I remember seeing a somewhat poorly reproduced image of one many, many years ago in an old K.T.C magazine and thinking 'Spoof'---how wrong I was.
