Members2014 is simply a copy of KTC which has been the ONLY members group on here for years, but it is full of old ex members, since some people STILL do not send their Forum username with their renewals the only way I can confirm who is who is by starting a new group and only adding the payers for this year.

On the old PHP Forum, members could not see anything to do with the groups.

That is what it says on the 2014 members page G.

Hence the question as it could be construed new members maybe cannot join

Possibly a reword of that statement would make the real meaning more obvious ?
