Is there any story behind this one with that significant number plate? Or did it come about purely by coincidence.

I assume you mean MCN 903P it is just coincidence MCN is a local reg .bike was registered at Kawasaki world south shields on 20th of may 1976 and I bought her on 11th of feb 1977 , she's been part of my life ever since.When I bought her she was immaculate apart from a dirty swing arm which I thought strange at the time. After a few months I took the tank off to reveal a Kawasaki part no sticker on the frame an on further inspection no frame number .Rumour has it 1st owner killed himself on her :shock: :shock:
