Just reading all these posts and wishing I had a nice warm garage or even a cold garage so I could start to strip my KH400 engine bottom end!

My KH125 got a new set of clutch springs Saturday afternoon.
My next job is to fit my spare clutch to my H2 as the original one is getting noisy,i
will take the old clutch to work, split it & make new rubber bushes for it.

That looks interesting Steve :D
Tell us more?
Tank looks like it could be fibreglass?
If so how will you seal it against the ethanol in the modern fuel?

It is indeed a fibreglass tank - Meadspeed have stopped supplying them due to the poxy ethanol - but made this one on special order. It's been lined by 'slosh' tank sealer and coupled with running it on 'premium' pre-mix and leaving tank empty when not needed, I hope I can get away with it... :?

The bike is basically a barn-find Danish import RD350B, and due to it not having matching numbers, I've decided to 'cafe' it, rather than waste money restoring it  (I've also got a matching numbers UK 'Pre A' RD350 going down the resto route). Currently fabricating a tail tray to fit all the leccy's in and getting some Swarbrick TZ pipes to fit, before everything goes off for painting etc. I'll keep you posted - I need to get this finished before trying to sort out the 'new' H2A.... Thumbs Up

And learning how to take photos of the buggers! It's difficult, getting the birds colours without the use of flash and a tripod, if on "Auto" the snow in the background fools the camera :? . . . . Oeeerrr . . . am I becoming a "Twitcher"
