In 1981, Red KH 250 - SEN 284S - £ 350

Bought from Dave Parkinson who sadly is no longer with us.

Seized it about 8 months later.

Sold the bike in bits and used some of the money to buy paint to respray a mk2 Mexico
which I had bought for £950.00 and sold on a few months later for £1450.00.

Wish I still had that Mexico

KFR lived 3 miles from me in Nottingham for several Years, it was Blue, then Green and ended up Purple (No surprise) It's still around now

3rd July 1973. Bought new from Read Titan's of Leytonestone. It was an H1D in two tone green. I still have it, never sold it.

28th September 1978, XHB 999T, Purple KH400 A4 (new) from Kawasaki House, City Road, Cardiff.
Been checking periodically & was showing date of liability in 1992.
Just checked again & Taxed & MOT until May 2015

1976, it was an N reg S3a Candy red, can't remember the reg number. Fell off it big time about a year later and sold it soon after.

A KH250 in 1979 - was originally B2 blue - UGK 114R - originally supplied by Godfreys of Sheen. I gave it to my Brother-in-Law when I got a z1000 and was given it back about 5 years later after it had been on extensive commuter duties
Twelve years stripped down and in recycling boxes - now back together
I won't say too much as I will write it up properly for the magazine

1980, changed my RD200DX for a KH250b2 CFR347S. Kept it for years then stupidly sold it cheap with several crates of spare parts to fund a GPZ600R.

Mid 1978 - I think and like Tony went from an RD200DX to this

1974' H1B. VRA 793K.

September 1980, bought a KH250B2, UYL 286S from a guy called Luigi Rosetti in Edgware. I paid £425 for it. It had the "green" bodyset from a KH400A3 fitted, but I didn't realise that until a few weeks later (I was green too!!). I sold it to a mate a year later who thrashed it to pieces for a year or two and having recovered it after being stolen, he painted it black and eventually left it in his Mum's shed when he left home to work in London. About 5 years later, and having moved house myself, my next door neighbour was given the bike by my mate's Mum after he got a Saturday job where she worked. Going by the details on the dvla website, my neighbour never got it roadworthy! Here's a picture before I'd splashed out for a new centre-stand for it! I've also just noticed it still had grey-shafted metal plug-caps!! Now what did I do with those?? It also had twin Fiamm horns which were great until they fell off from the vibration!

Messed up again first triple was a sic in 73 with full body fairing and spannis returned it to standard and passed my test on it then bought the h1a

I think i got my first triple in 1978 , it was a blue 750 reg aba 795L , and according to Rick , because he checked the database, it was still on the road a few years !

H1F 2010, made 1 from 2 basket cases.
