Ive had another go at it all this morning and I managed to loose the wide strip and writing off off your article Graham but the font looked small even though it was showing as size 12?
I copied and pasted it to another document on my apple computor and it was reduced by a page and a half!!
Increasing the font to size 12 and enlarging the pics has got rid of the half page only!!
Looks fine now Thumbs Up
BUT, I was now short 5 pages!!
Ive reprinted two pages from a magazine on the KH400 series but while I've got one to fill the page i cant get the other to enlarge!!
Wheres my Michael when I need him! LOL
Ive then knocked out a three page article on Z1 prototypes so we are almost there!
Just need Tony D's pages on the Blackpool rally but tony needs a picture of one of the winners which he cant get till tuesday evening and I need Geralds event two pages but Gerald is on the case.
The editors view is also only half done but I will get back on it later today :D
We are nearly there and i will try to get it all to the printers before I go to the Isle of Man on Tuesday Thumbs Up

I hope you haven't broken my article... haha Do you know how long that took me?? :D

Perhaps you should get the local kids in to do the editing (or head hitting).

Would there be any mileage in me re formatting it to A4 and or saving it using a different Package? I would av thought that MS Office would have been the most compatible, it's what all the others strive to emulate.

I I write mine in MS Office Mobile, free to download, store it one one drive ( that way you can dictate and it will write the article for you on your phone) also you can edit it on your pc or your phone

I then cut and paste it into an email so Malc can do whatever he likes with it

This was after the big strips down the side scenario of one of my articles the last time I sent it in word

Surprised you are using such an out dated format when the latest is free and available for you via hotmail and cloud based :smt102

Nah not me mate, but the bastard drank me pint, thought I was going mental
There I was pitching my tent put my pint on the floor went round the back of my tent, come back round and it was empty, so was the field, legged it to car park, it was empty.
I know pranks are played an rallies, but there was nobody about.
Off into the pub, get another pint, take it up to the field, place it on the floor & low and behold to goat walks up picks the glass up and downs the lot !!
I legged it into the pub and shouted oi Gary that Goat... Gary interrupted me and said x you didn't put your pint on the floor did you? And burst out laughing

Got it an other great magazin.
But I disagree with the fact earlies H2 until the first 5.000 built would have had the rubber which covered the clutch level: only very earlies. The H2s tested in french mags on february 1972 (and wasn't one bike but different bikes)which were low number around H2F 02200 hadn't it. I just have a look at the pictures :smt003

Nope, deffo not that one Torchy we camped by that one a couple of years later, but it's taken me what?.. 5 years to find it.. Plus all the other times I've been looking.
I finally spotted it on a Michael Portillo train journey program.. It's Westbury.

So we must have passed it the day before on the ride around the area.
