Crank cases torqued up tonight that went smoothly
Looking mighty fine
Even managed to get the kick start setup first time
Gotta source a gear change hub spring as I can't find one in the jigsaw of engine parts I've got .
So I've moved my focus to the pistons and barrels
Will update with pictures of that tomorrow once I've done a bit more

That handsome B@*#%D is me
Been an eventful day done a bit of polishing and that sorta boring stuff
But my highlight was getting some floor space back and emptying a few boxes and building this engine
I'm chuffed it's back in the frame now

Got out side today and got the motor shined up and bolted up tight, fitted the chain and chain cover .
Cleaned the coils and mounted them then the indicators and head light ears and shell
Also put the front mudguard on
With this done I've moved my focus over to the carbs going to give them a good clean out and replace the float valves and seats
And then stick them on the bike

If those plug caps are of the resistor type (5k) , get rid of them !
Get some caps with no resistors .
