Does it need someone with local knowledge to volunteer to plan/lead the rideout? I only know Shakey from going directly there to the races and approach it from the Stratford side, but from what I understand if you go in the other direction you are into the Cotswolds with the pretty villages and countryside. There could be some nice routes and picture opportunities at the ice cream stop?

Can someone clarify the entrance cost for the Euro Challenge.
I will not be going up the strip.
I've been told it's £25.
Is that for the whole weekend? What f I only want to go for the Saturday?
Is the entrance fee per person or per van?
TIA :)

Looks like 6pm opening on Friday and £22 for a weekend with no racing plus £40 for both days racing.
My take on what I read.

I have checked with Nipper - it is OK to arrive before 6pm on Friday. Nipper is sure that this will be OK and has previously informed Shakey.

Any problems getting in call Nipper - I'll put his number on the member's only section.

Nipper and I together with European visitors will be there on the Thursday. Please only turn up on Thursday if you are prepared to help put up a marquee and awnings.

Shakey staff will come round later to take your money and issue a wristband.

Visitors for the day need to pay upfront for the whole weekend and you will receive a refund when you leave. - Shakey's rules.

I have had no takers for the Curry. So unless I hear otherwise the Curry Run won't be happening.

Nipper has provided a plan of the site and said:
"There is lots of space to rear of pits for club to setup and camp .Only racers please in pit zone as space is limited. Cheers."
