What a great weekend! Train to Milton Keynes, Kenny picked me up and back to his place.
Quick brew, and see Sands, then off to Farmer Johns. We demolished his sister"s Fran"s fruit cake (just made :oops: ) with a brew. caught up with John with all his news then out to the bikes etc.
Whispers between Kenny and John and all of a sudden they produced a pass that said "inner sanctem, executive membership for VICE PRESIDENTS ONLY" :shock:
This got ME into the "old" cow shed :roll:
BUt i managed to purchase some parts and "hot off the press" there just MIGHT,JUST MIGHT be some parts for sale in the farmers weekly section of the NEXT magazine!
Back at kennys, Sands made us a lovely tea (with a bottle of red :oops:) then out to the pub for the evening hooking up with there friends Anne and Neil (Faz) Bloody great evening in the club with guinness at £2.25 per pint! :D :D
Compulsery Kebab and taxi home followed by another bottle of red :oops: (Kenny led me astray) Thumbs Up
When i got to bed Sands had put the electric blanket on for me :D
Bacon buttys next morning and Farmer john picked us up in a stretch limo. (and brought me a few more parts he knew i needed) :D :D ( I told him the day before I wouldnt travel in anything less now im vice president) Kenny had also volunteered to be my "valet" for the weekend.( Im not going to carry my OWN bags am I!}
We reached the hotel and our fourth member of the team and long time friend, Rog Ramm joined us!
Few beers at the hotel and off to the pub to meet Kerry and the team.
Good to see a great turnout from the club and the meal WAS outstanding and company great.. Lovely tasty food. Back at the hotel Rog led us astray with a PARTY in our room. I dont know where he found the lap dancing girls and strippers but it was all well appreciated!
Breakfast the next day, It was really good! we were all well impressed!
Farmer John drove us back and we even stopped back at the farm to get some parts Bill Bristow had asked me for the night before :shock:
Kenny and sands dropped me back at the station and got home around 7PM.
THANK YOU everybody for a great weekend but especially Kenny,Sands and Farmer John for all there kindness and hospitality.
