Hello all,
I'm afraid I've had to abandon all plans to make it to Mallory this weekend, as my knee (slightly torn cartilage) is playing up something rotten. I'd hoped it would be OK, but it's got worse over the last week. I can't get my socks on without help, let alone get my leg over the bike. Due for X-rays next week, so giving it a rest.
Hope you all have a great time, and I'm happy to loan out my leathers if there's someone in my neck of the woods can collect them.
Best wishes
Stephen

Hi Gary
I phoned the vmcc to ask that question since my leathers don’t zip together and they said it was ok for the road track day, so should be no worries
Stephen, hope your knee mends, I was looking forward to meeting you, another day...
Cheers

Great weekend folks - definitely worth the effort.
Big thanks to KawaClive for helping with my oil pump problem to get me through the weekend - new banjo bolt and helicoil repair now required.
Also thanks to Scouse for showing me what a H1B should be ridden like. Respect.
Roll on next year.

Thanks Paul, great photos!
It's strange, I went out for a ride on the local roads today and now they feel more dangerous compared to the race track.

I washed mine down, then went for a quick spin and it felt quieter and smoother than it ever has.

Could have just carried on riding.
Will have to give her a dam good thrashing more often.
And again, great photos Paul.
