We did briefly think about getting the local press involved as it would have made a great success story for the NHS and especially with Callum being born at 26 weeks and surviving then his Dad coming home on his 2nd birthday after the covid19.
It all happened so quick Iain coming home that the time scales just were not enough.
There a private family too, after all they have been through, and didnt really want the publicity.
I would have had the "JOIN the kawasaki triples" club banner on the front of there house
I'm SICK SICK SICK of the gloom and doom news bulletins.
.........did anyone tell reporters we ARE actually BEATING this virus?
BBC ITV SKY I hate them all...
and don't get me started on Mr Cummings.....
Arggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I simply can't / won't watch it any more, the media in general have got their finger hovering over the 'self destruct button' and simply don't know when to stop criticizing everything in sight, how about promoting something positive for a change .... pillocks like Peston, Kuenssberg, and that goon Piers Morgan want deporting somewhere far away where they can't preach their own agenda to the rest of us...the public are pissed off with it
The paps are in groups outside Dominic Cummings house, almost terrorising him when he steps onto his own front doorstep, about the fact that he drove 250 miles to Durham and allegedly didn't practice safety rules.. WTF are they doing in groups outside his house fer Fcks sake ........ fkn morons
I agree 100% with everything you have written, how the politiicians keep answering the SAME question spouted by a different reporter over and over again one after another is beyond me
I watched the Dominic Cummings interogation, It was akin to a Salem witch hunt

He has put a stone back on in weight and is sleeping well and the nightmares stopped after a week.
He drove a short distance for the first time last week.
He has set his goal to walk to the local Timperley village and back.
He said when he can do this he can go back to work as a postman.
We expect it to be late July/early August.
He visited hospital last week for a second blood test as the main concern was liver issues.
He has been given the all clear with no long term issues.
And Callum gets to spend all this new home time with his daddy and mummy Sarah too
Great Stuff Malc, really sounds as if Iain is making much better or faster progress than was predicted
