You may be interested in the fuel figures for that ride, the gallons have been converted to U.K. size for the MPG :
.
100 mile round trip, maybe 40 miles at 50 MPH, 20 at 60 MPH 20 at 70 MPH and 20 at 90 MPH and the occasional Ton, generally "spirited Riding, we all filled up at the start together and we all filled up at the end together.
1973 Z1 : 51.7 mpg
GPZ 750 Turbo : 49.5 mpg
1974 S3 with Dencos : 44 mpg
1975 H2c Ported with Spec II pipes, flat slides Etc : 41.3 mpg
Yesterday, I went out with a pal who was riding what is virtually a moped, so we didn't really go over 55MPH,the S3 with Dencos got 68 MPG

We got back to the UK at around 8AM on Thursday morning.
Kenny and myself wrote the Mid-Ohio article for the Kawasaki triples magazine on the iPad so the flight passed quickly as we kept topping up with red wine and stayed awake with no sleep at all!
Al struck lucky and had three empty seats in the middle section so got his head down and was back at work within an hour of landing so his business partners could not say he was having too much time off!!!
The photos of us tidying the depot have also loaded at last!
Al and Kenny tidy the bikes and take the chassis numbers
And we tidied the top level
Stacked my spares!
Heavier boxes on the bottom level
OK you have a peek inside a couple of them!!
There won't be anything inside the twelve Boxs that would be of interest to you lot!!
I try the Z1 for size !
Kenny try's the H2B he bought
I made sure my sign was safe
And then the moto crossing which we covered in a previous thread
Final day we opted for a bike ride after packing etc
Stopped for dinner!
And rode for a final view!

Taking off over Traverse City

From Kenny Al and myself
THANKS to everyone in the USA for making our holiday an outstanding time!
