More importantly - my engineer has returned the centre cylinder which is u/s as the liner is cracked - so you know whats coming next - Anyone got a centre cylinder 60 or 60.5mm - but will be re-bored to 61mm to match the others - please

I don't have the cylinder but will post a picture of the badge in the morning.

I do have centre cylinders mate but MAY need them all Will do a recce over weekend.........if not I'll PM you with a further solution

Yep DK do come up with stuff, I've had a bridgeport off them for £60 Nik Joy took delivery of a whole h1b engine less carbs not locked up for £275 for me last week...........gonna bang it in a rolling chassis and see if it runs before I do owt else to it Watch this space...............

Finished playing with the wiring loom - seems everything is working now. Including front & rear brake lights, signals, parking lights. Can't check neutral light or charge light.
Will be interesting to connect the main loom to the motor and see what else works

Nice, are they a refurb or really good secondhand ?

Refurbed Peter as neither was working properly and they looked very tired- think they look great.

Very impressive, I have a set that are ok but not good enough to go on my 70 .. dare i ask how much ?

Last set that Rick did for me came out at £300, quality workmanship........they are a mare to do hence the price Might be interesting to see what Mr Bond charges for a set

Thanks Hal....seen that before somewhere Apparently the early h1 clocks are a cowsun to do so I'm guessing a premium on top of the £170 thats quoted. Heard at the curry nite you have moved out of Middx then ? Somewhere with a more Anglo Saxon population I hope?

The problem with early clocks isn't in the actual doing of them as I understand it, but that they are "naked" and there is nowhere to hide any markings etc that will occur in the pulling apart and re-assembly. Lots of care and a delicate touch is therefore needed.

I've now moved up to be part of the "home counties" set, though to be fair Teddington could hardly be thought of as overly "cosmopolitan". :smt023

Neah, we have overcome that particular issue, early H1 clocks are like a Swiss watch inside compared to the later Ones that are like a digital watch - there are a LOT more components and work involved

Saw the new repo clocks availalable now & thought great... Then realised they dont say kawasaki on the faces ..

and the KPH speedo goes only to 220 KPH but genuine early Kawasaki went to 240 KPH
