It seems that our destination for Saturday's ride out is also a favourite of John McGuinness

Brilliant weekend. Tony, simon and Dave. Thanks so much for the effort you guys put in to make this a great venue. Ride out was superb. More on this event in the next news letter. Headlines, Fnuseless eat my new bike. Burp.

Great weekend, thanks to all who organised it. You even made the sun shine.
Eventually got home.

On way home fixed the indicators which stopped working due to a chafed wire which drained the battery. Then gear change linkage worked loose and I went to change gear and missed a gear - engine raced to 10500 rpm. Right piston was very rattly afterwards with plenty of piston slap which got progressively worse.

Waved goodbye to Tartan who was heading for the ferry via the M40.

Managed to keep it going to Northamptonshire then gave up due to the noise and lack of power and got recovered the last 80 miles. :(

But about 1600 miles covered in the last 10 days.

Big thanks to everyone who made the effort to come to the NW Triples Rally. It was a fantastic weekend with great company and brilliant weather. Another big thank you to George Benson and the staff at Fleetwood Rugby Club who once again bent over backwards to accommodate all our needs. Will do it all again next year :)
