No doubt this has been posted before, but I received today a replica holder from an eBay seller called tastyparts in America.
It cost £14.38 with free postage and is a very good part. Really quick delivery and can recommend him.

I can recommend him too. I bought the same holder for my H2....and then realised it was never fitted to a '72 model. Duuuuuu!!
