I believe that this is Franks shop at Perivale. Its a couple of miles down the road from Acton, where I work. I just tried to get into the website to look at the stocklist (just to have a laugh) and it says account suspended 
Maybe he hasnt paid the bill on the site because he's skint. Shall we have a whip round for him?
