H2 rear light

Hi can sombody tell me should the rear light on a 72 H2 be gloss or satin black

I'd have thought leaving the plastic in red might be the best idea..................

Ach Mark , as you`re on Guernsey ; surely they `d just have to wait where they were , till you came around on your second lap ?!
