You are on borrowed time!

Removal might be a bit draconian for a first step Sam, I have set up different access levels so that non members can simply be allocated reduced levels of access.
Non renewals will simply get "left behind".

The figures I was given yesterday as a comittee member were a lot more than that

I'm thinking it's not a membership list - it's a list of forum users.

I think you hit the nail on the head and if it was a list of members that would be a breach of the "data protection" rules.

I suppose that the 'Members 2015' link (that shows 2 users/members) is only there because the date/timestamp on the server was incorrectly set when they joined in 2013

REAL members will have a KTC tattoo on their right upper arm, with a joined date underneath.
DEMAND this as proof, anyone without this is an IMPOSTER and should be burnt at the stake !!!!!!!!
Come on SAm , show us yours...........
now, where are my matches.......

An entry in the Members/users table will be created whenever a user joins. The other fields being updated each time the user adds a post or modifies their details. You have obviously not been added to the table for some reason. It'll be a simple job for anyone with server and database access to add your username and other details to the table

I notice it says
"Members 2014
Paid up members for 2014 This is a closed group, new members can only join upon invitation of a group leader"
Does that mean no one new can join up then ?

I have tried a few times and even sent Graham a pm. I have tried again this morning and the link will not link to paypal to pay.
Is there another problem with this site?

I have no PMs or emails from you Alan
However you can send your renewal direct to members@kawasaki.org.uk Please put your name on the payment.
There is a problem with certain browsers and the paypal link, however if you look on the membership page it gives details on several ways to pay.
Judging by the amount of times I am asked this question I can only assume no one ever looks in there..

New members are coming on all the time... I don't know why you think that Charlie?
Members2014 is simply a copy of KTC which has been the ONLY members group on here for years, but it is full of old ex members, since some people STILL do not send their Forum username with their renewals the only way I can confirm who is who is by starting a new group and only adding the payers for this year.
On the old PHP Forum, members could not see anything to do with the groups.

The lay out of the membership part of site is one of the best i have seen on any club site.
