H2B/C Replica Exhausts

Much has been said over the last few years about the H2EX project to make Replica H2B/C exhauststs.
The guy doing them has had a stall at the last two Stafford shows and several people have ordered pipes, but none of us in the Triples club knew of anyone that had actually received any pipes. It was beginning to look like it wasn't going to happen. I ordered a set very early on as the prototypes he had looked pretty good and we all know how difficult these pipes are to find.
I got my first set on Sunday and I have to tell you they are absolutely spot on I have had them up against a factory set and they are an excellent fit and they look exactly the same.
The chap making them is John Bartholemew and when I picked these up I had a long chat with him about them and the process he has been through to get them to the point where he can now start to manufacture them in earnest I think we need to remember that this is one engineer manufacturer doing what an entire factory development department would normally do.
What he has achieved in his small workshop is unbelievable, he has produced a proper replica that stands comparison with the originals.
I think that delivery is always going to be slowish as they are being produced on a part time basis but these things are going on restoration projects that take months to do so pre-ordering shouldn't be a problem for us
I've posted some pictures below but take my word they are spot on. I am absolutely delighted with the product
Here's the website link. Don't be in a rush. (Think Jamaican Time
), but if they are like mine you will be very pleased
