Just bought my uk H1a back from mums garage where it has sat for 16 odd years. I have engine and frame nos but lost the tax disc when I bought it 25+ years ago ...........I know it was on a J plate. Do you think Swansea will have it on their database?????????????? Long shot I know

Possible, or maybe Rick could help if you told him the engine and frame numbers.

DVLA told me that their database started in 1984 so if it's after that you may have a chance

Nope Rog only a tax disc which was lost maaaaany years ago

I bought it off Nick who bought it from a mutual friend .....it had been stuffed head on but not too bad. I had the fork tubes straightened and replated and ground at Chiswick Works!!!! Ya know I thought it was gonna be one of the best in the UK but there is soooo much not right with it. I feel like selling it on BUT it is a UK bike and I've had it for so many years now. Gotta bring the GS back next time as house has been sold (STC)

Will try DVLC I guess..... you never know???
