damaged carb choke seat

hello guys. recently salvaged a set of h1 carbs which were truly rotten. all three choke plungers were seriously seized in. all done now but the choke seat on the right body has been damaged the outher 2 are fine .is this going to be much of a problem?,,thanks pete.

the thread got chewed and have re threaded but the seat itself at the bottom is also chewed.

It either be fine
OR
the choke will be permanently on on the right cylinder
OR
anything in between!

OK. Best thing is to try screwing in the choke cable with brass choke and spring attached.
If it can be lifted up and drops back down under its own spring pressure , then it'll be fine.
If it sticks at all , you need to file something. A bit !!
