Got my workshop cleared out and tidied up and spent a pleasant evening going over the bike in readiness for a few weeks of summer fun on Surrey roads with my daughter before she goes back to the Sates.
Nothing like a tidy shop, bottle of beer and a can of WD40 to make me feel great. I love this bike and can look at it for hours whilst pottering about fettling, cleaning and generally messing about for no other reason than to be at one with the bike and the world.
This last pic shows the 30 year progression in the tyres I buy. Old style tread versus Metzler Racetec K1s that have done a few fast laps round brands Hatch on my KTM Superduke.
