Thanks for that Nick, I am still writing a letter almost EVERY day to the NOVA team, those imbeciles still owe my customers NOVAs from 4 MONTHS ago! Every time they say they will issue them then they send another form to fill in, which I do within 24 hours, eventually they say they will issue it and some other f@ckwit at the same office asks me for the same information that I gave 3 MONTHS ago! It is absolutely ludicrous!!! Even letters to managers go in the bin . . . and unanswered . . . I tried the Mr Nice approach . . . . . . This was last weeks letter to the department manager . . . No wonder I have high blood pressure

It looks like my latest entry is heading the same way as the last one (PLUS I have One landing today and another in 3 weeks time!) - I have been shipping motorcycles for nearly 20 Years and the FIASCO of "NOVA" is just relentless in it's ineptitude, for TWO YEARS now they have changed the rules and moved the goalposts on a Monthly basis - I could write a book on the misery that the DVLA, PTU, HMRC, "Car Team" and others had forced on myself and countless hundreds off other people (Thousands?) that collect, ship or restore Classic Cars and Motorcycles.

You yourself assured me that you were aiming to get NOVA's issued within 3 working days, well on August 10th I sent in 39 Separate applications (as requested previously by a member of your team), feeling confident that I had crossed every T and dotted every I . . . . . Only to have a mail (below) today.

I have covered EVERY aspect of the questions asked with EVERY application !

I am losing the will to live here - PLEASE tell me what you are now asking me that wasn't covered with EVERY application ?

Thats exactly it! - I am no longer a VAT registered trader, but, if you remember when I was I did get the £44,000 fine for my spreadsheet that they effed up! They want the easy stuff - a spreadsheet is doing MOST of the work for them!!!
When One of my customers called to ask where his NOVA was that they promised they would issue in 48 hours, he was told "Mr Brett sent them all in individually (as requested) and I don't have the time to work my way through them"- WANKERS!!!

If you go to their website and click 'Contact Us'

Nothing will happen but if you look at the webpage through a mirror in a darkened room you'll clearly see the 'Ouija board' link. There's a set of registration plate characters marked out in a circle and you have to spell out your reg number using a small glass. It helps if you've got a touch screen. They'll get back to you some time in the middle of the night. But only if you're on consecrated ground obviously.
