Hi all

Noticed replica Petrol tanks available on E bay from India and have been seeking opinions on quality of reproduction.

Brit bike forums generally evenly split on the pros and cons of the repros but in some cases is the only option left.

With ethanol and corrosion the constant enemy, any developments are welcome.

What do you guys think?

The quality of the goods can range from perfect to could do better, saying that quality control is improving , remember that items like fuel tanks are still hand finished , as in the olden days

These people say they make vintage fuel tanks.
