H1B Pipes

Has anyone bought a set of pipes from this company
http://japan.webike.net/products/9512783.html, are they any good also the other choice I have is it possible to get my original pipes repaired and rechromed they have a bit of road rash on them.

Just so you know the pipes are made by Doremi and are not correct for the H1B but are early 69-71 pipes

I have someone in the USA that offered me NOS set of H1B pipes?
dont know how much but I can find out?
