I believe Bertrand was actually at the concert where some of the shootings were. He has just confirmed on FB that he is ok.

Am well don't know about Alloallo who lives close from the place on which many people have been killed during a heavy metal show.
Suppose all the others are well too.

get Bertrand on the phone shocked but alive.
He was on the heavy metal concert on which more 80 people have been killed. Happily they hide on a electric small room and blocked the door, one of the terrorist tried to opened the door, couldn't and said it's an electric room, closed so nobody could be in.
Then the special forces set them free after shouting and so on.
