This is how it all started for me

I was digging around in boxes and found a stack of bike mags and books from my schooldays.
In 1978 I was 15 and this was my bible, the book I pored over reading all the reviews and that picture of the purple H2c was my favourite page. Eventually, 4 years later I owned a red S3 which was the closest thing I could afford and it then took me another thirty years to actually own a 750!

I think he told me many years ago, that is Nippers bike - before he buggered it up fitting the denco catalogue to it.
I might be wrong though.

That's pretty cool Bic that you have the magazine that first got you interested in triples.....it's kind of like still owning that first bike, not many of us do.

I had been riding a KH250 for a while, but it was this mag that really made me want a 72 H2. Slowly been collecting the bits, one day I will get around to building it.

Yes Mr. Tree, remember it well.

Bought my copy in Douglas IOM.

Was a shock to see a Harley (and still is).

That image has conjured many good memories, thanks.
