Whoops. I`ve wiped my phone contacts !!!

Due to a rther inebrieted trip to Luxembourg recently ( European football trip )...................
I`ve managed to lose all my phone contacts. I can probably retrieve some via the " cloud" or whatever, but in the immediate future, could any of you who I may need to contact , please test me your numbers and who you are ( !! ) to my phone please ??
