I just rebuilt my bike the other day after getting my crank back from Gary Clarke, I fitted a power Dynamo ignition and took it out and it was running fine at first but after starting to give it a bit it soon went on to two pots I suspected fuel starvation and had the fuel tap apart and replaced the fuel lines, still no good I sussed out it was dead on the middle pot so I replaced the plug and it fired into life I took it out the next day and done about 100 miles took my two videos but after about 20 miles it started missing and i again suspected a plug, when I fitted the power dynamo I saw somewhere it runs better with the fancy plugs but you couldnt get them so I got some bosch ones that someone mentioned were the same, the funny thing is they are hard to get and this seller seemed to have an unlimited supply at a very good price so I bought 6 but most of them failed and I have come to the conclusion that they are chinese fakes, I have ordered 6 NGK B9hs and if my suspicions are correct Im sure this will cure my problem, has anyone else had any problems with these Ebay Bosch W2AS plugs.

I wouldn't have thought the Bosch bike plugs would have been in widespread enough use to be ripped off by the Chink's like the NGK's are.

Blimey, the Chinks are looking to give their fakes credibility by putting a "Made in India" label on them And there was I thinking Bosch was a good German product.

Stuck a new set of NGK B9hs they were actually Br9hs but as I don't have suppressor caps on my powerdynamo caps it should balance out took it a wee 25 miles and seems to be going good.

Bought about a dozen NGK B9HVs in the spring from various e bay suppliers. I reckon half of these were fakes

Serves me right as I generally buy my plugs from The Green Spark Plug Co. He's a good bloke and deffo no dodgy plugs. Got a set of the Bosch silver wire electrode plugs from him and they are brilliant with the power Dynamo set up
