Just got myself an Ex-Italian H1D so thought I'd join up. Needs a few bits sorting, so expect the usual numpty questions.
Mainly owned Big Zeds but also a H2B a few years ago.
Anyway, get looking in your garages for my Wanted bits.
Ta.
Garry

Thanks for the welcome.
Not really a resto, more a refresh. Bike was imported over 25 years ago and had what seems a nice resto done, sadly though it's looks to have suffered from lack of use and poor storage in more recent times so brakes an clutch have seized and it's gained a certain 'patina'. It was also restored using US stuff so I want to put her back to Euro spec.
Pic is a little flattering but here she is....

Greetings Dave. Trust you are Well?.
The A1 is now sunning herself with a collector in Portugal, and the Z1R I had agreed to buy turned out to be very much a Shed1R so I walked (or ran more like) away.
Anyway, the H1 came up at the right price so I thought 'Why not?,' although seeing your pictures has made me think I might need a trip to see Richie for a repaint in the much less common Candy Lime Green.
See you in the New Year.

That lime candy was also specced for the 74 F11a, had one til recently, lovely colour.
Would have had the H1d that colour, but I believe all UK Bikes were Candy Green.

There was one in Doncaster over 20 yrs ago. Not sure that it was an import either ?
Only thing that looked odd about that finish was the double black pinstripe.
