Frame data decal

Gents
Im sending my frame for powder coating this week and I was wondering where can I get another frame data decal from or made up, can anyone out there point me in the right direction please

No Problem, frame (and if possible, build date) - I can work out build dates for most of them but Once in a while I get stumped and have to guess, also, bikes can have different types of tags from Month to Month . . especially H1d's . . . the early Ones have Typos . .

Many thanks Rick - like an idiot I forgot to take a photo of the original decal at the weekend (bike is stored at my buddy's) - will get an email to you within the next 24/48 hours. It's an H1E BTW
