Has anyone had any experience with the replica tanks on eBay, that are made in India?
The company seems to have decent feedback on some of the British bike tanks that they make.
They're doing a KH tank for 180 quid.
I'm thinking of taking a punt.

You know someone that's had a bad experience then? I'm very tempted....

Mixed on the Norton site a few years ago. Some happy some not. Fit was okay but some not happy with the shape but others happy to have a tank that held fuel. Looks okay in the picture.

Hoping it worth a punt as I have one on its way for a BSA C11. different supplier to one in link.

At the end of the day, the Enfields aren't shocking quality are they? Have you seen the video of the fellow pin striping the Enfield tanks? Respect!
I was thinking the shape doesn't look too bad from the photo's, and the brackets appear to be roughly in the right place.
I could buy a second hand pile of rust for 180 quid, or take a punt on a new replica.

I think Per K from Norway has had one of these tanks.
He used to post on here regularly but not seen him for a while, may be worth PMing him.

There's quite a few on eBay, but the royal choppers one is the cheapest, and has the best feedback. They do bloody hundreds, for all sorts!

Mine has arrived and fits (a BSA).
Steel a little thicker than a H1 tank but not a lot. About .8mm at a guess

If only they had made provisions for the correct fuel cap

Back from a great weekend at Long Marston and a letter asking for 24 quid import duty on the tank.
Beware the added costs.

Jp come brexit we will be a free trade nation so no import tax on our rmotorcycle parts.

I get stung all the time with this in Spain.
Most of my Buell stuff came from the States. It's a PITA doing the paperwork too!
