H1C Frame / Engine numbers

Hi Chaps,
Just looking at a H1C.
Would this combination be considered a good match? Both are in the H1C range:
Engine No: KAE-45638
Frame No: KAF-51944

I have a microfich for the H1C, it shows these engine & frame numbers.
KAE 043902 TO 045902
KAF 048664 TO 049664

if its the one at DK reserve is £6000 if thats of interest to you
