Have I imagined this or is there there someone ( possibly German) who is making H1e baffles in stainless steel ? I seem to remember seeing a reference to it but it was a while ago..

If not has anyone got one they would like to sell ? I have one two thirds of the correct length .which could be repaired I guess by someone competent ( rules out me then )

I send him an email regarding H1e baffles. As soon as he replies I let you know.

I agree totally... £ 70 each but it is for a hard to find part made to outlast your motor cycle ..over engineered perhaps ???

Yes you are missing something

Don't worry Eric. You are not alone.

Obviously they know what there doing.

If you read up it is clear that I would contact the seller to find out if he also does H1e baffles

I also got a reply and currently the baffles are only for H2.

Shame H2 baffles don't fit as I'm also in need of a couple for my H1E,did spot on E-Bay baffles by Delkevic [H2} for a very reasonable £25 and did wonder if I could mod them
