Just out of curiosity, what happens if someone joins and never posts, do they stay registered, or does the forum cancel them after a while?

I presume if they still pay the annual fees to be club member, they are still registred.

Saying someone just registers on the forum, but doesn't actually pay & join the KTC.
Then if they don't post either what happens,do they stay registered indefinitely...
