swithering, want to come but is so so long a trip,2 days to get there, and, the thought of riding up the m40,m6, does not fill me with joy, I can ride in France and enjoy, uk, mmmm,not pleasant, may be just the southern for me as ferry is cheap and not to far to travel, will decide soon

I was hoping to see you at the blackpool rally and chat about me comming over to see you but i would not fancy the ride up take care i will see you when i see you

I'm a bit hacked off about my plans for the NW Rally and also a chance to see my mum in nearby Garstang.

This leg would from kicking the bike 10 days ago is turning into a bit of a problem. Spent this morning at AE in Crawley to get the dressing changed and it's got a lot worse. Didn't get much sleep last night because it's now infected and gone black and basically dying.They're telling me it may be a few months before it heals up and I'm like, "I've got to ride up to Lancashire in two weeks" and they're just looking at each other in disbelief.

Anyway, I need to take stock of the situation as the time between now and then goes by. If I can't make it I will be well pissed off.

over 1500 miles for me one way, no longer a tank of fuel but a large cost for 2 days, four days travel , ferry fuel, hotel £800, slightly shot myself in the foot by moving here regarding uk rallies,if I come its on a whim of financial stupidity, would love to though
