Kawasaki Triples Club

Hi all does anyone offer a oilpump service and helicoil...mines not yet gone but a bit of oil/air about so maybe needs an overhaul...and of course how much

They are quite easy to overhaul if you are a reasonably competent mechanic.
The seals are all available from Kawasaki and cost about £35 from Z Power with your club discount.
Alternatively you can buy a gasket and oil pump seal kit from Knyvold from Norway on eBay for about the same money.
You can buy a helicoil kit for that size with about 10 inserts in for about £10 or most local engineering firms will do one for you.
You can see by looking at the thread if it is stripping so why not just remove the pipes and see if it just a leak at the washers first?

Thanks mate I now think it may have been a split in the main oil line to pump right on the banjo under the clip so fingers crossed but thanks anyway
