Does anyone have a a nylon H2A clutch release inner to sell? Mine is split and I don’t really want to fork out 100 + for a special directly after a crank rebuild, cylinders, seals gaskets, pistons etc etc et flipping cetera.

The £100+ really is worth it.
It will be the thing that makes the biggest difference to your riding experience and enjoyment, especially in slow traffic. After what you have spent already, what's another £100 on a £15k bike?

The inner is usually steel.. if you have one of the early Nylon ones, there is no way you want to replace that, It will just split again, guaranteed.
Your choices are
4 spline Nylon inner and Nylon outer, no way Jose.
6 spline Steel inner, better but the Nylon outer still swells and splits.
Ball bearing Kawasaki original, excellent but you need to modify the Inner's inside edge or the seal inside the engine because the Inner is slightly longer and will punch through the oil seal. There are several methods of modification.
Ralf Gille or similar aftermarket lifter, these all get good reviews. Ralf actually attended the recent Rally in Fleetwood.

Buy a Ralf Gille lifter, they are wonderful bits of kit and worth the money

I also have one on my 250 and the clutch is soo nice now. Its a shame that it is hidden away though and can not be seen - it looks so good

Definately worth the money.

Ok it looks like I will fit an after market one, thanks for your expertise guys. Is Ralf the best option ? It seems he is mentioned a lot.

Ralf Gille's actuator is the best IMO, made a world of difference when I fitted one. I need as easy a pull as I can get as I have a left wrist break that wasn't set properly, and it's weaker than the right by a good margin.
I'm getting another for my spare engine! Not really sure I'll need it as I'm fitting a Schipmann clutch, but I'm having one anyway just to be sure.
