Hi all. Happy new year. Below are a few dates you may be
interested in. I've not included the rallies as they are well documented.
Feb 2nd and 3rd. Bristol classic bike show.
Feb 15 to 17. London bike show at the Excel center.
March 23 to 24. Manchester bike show.
April. 7th. Kawasaki day, ace cafe.
27 and 28 th, Stafford.
May. 19th. 2 stroke Sunday, ace cafe.
July. 21st. 70's bike day, ace cafe.
September 1st. VJMC day, ace cafe.
15th sep. blue haze day, ace cafe.
October 19th and 20th, Stafford show.

KEMPTON AUTOJUMBLE.
Jan 19, April 6, May 18, July 20, Sept 14, Oct 26, Dec 7.
All dates are Saturday.

The Hastings May day run is a good day out on any bike, old or new.

Kawasaki Day at the Ace Cafe April 7th will be the last time i will be able to ride some of my bikes
through London before the new ULEZ comes in to force without having to pay the charge.
Historic vehicles will be exempt.
ULEZ starts on the 8th April.

Historic vehicles
You can apply to stop paying vehicle tax if your vehicle was built more than 40 years ago. This date moves forward on a 40-year rolling system. Assuming the rules stay the same, when the ULEZ launches in April 2019, vehicles built before 1979 will be eligible to apply for historic vehicle tax class.

All vehicles that have a historic vehicle tax class will be exempt from the ULEZ. This tax class excludes any vehicle used commercially (for example, coffee vans or street food vans).

In line with the existing LEZ discount all vehicles registered before 1 January 1973 will be exempt from the ULEZ, regardless of commercial use or otherwise.

If your vehicle meets the above criteria and is registered in the UK, it is automatically exempt and you don't need to register with us. If your vehicle meets the above criteria but is registered outside the UK, you are also exempt, but will need to register with us. Details on how you can register will be available closer to the time.

Good triples turn out. Great to meet up with so many. Fun ride from st albans through lanes of park street, Shenley and Borehamwood.
