just a quick introduction recently bought a h1b always had two strokes back in the 70's always yams and Suzuki's this is my first Kawasaki triple. quick question will these bikes kick start with a flat battery

Welcome to the club. We have members far and wide. Just a great bunch of people.

I too started on Suzuki in 1976 to 78 the went to triples and been in love ever since.

I think its only the H2"s and H1D that will start with a flat battery as there ignition system does need the battery.
I was running my H2B with a12 year old battery at one time!!
