Kawasaki Triples Club

So I read a thread on one of the US forums about using a modern Honda car paint to replace the Maroon on a H1, I wondered if anybody on here had tried it or has any better ideas? I'm about to have the bike painted, I'm not looking for a concours bike but something close to original would be nice!

The paint is Honda dark cherry pearl.
