This story was pointed out on the French Forum, first impressions weren't good but this chap is an inspiration to all disabled (and/or ex) riders.. There are some equally good follow on videos from Japan too..

Can't get my head around how he manages to brake (other than really gently) and keep it in a straight line and avoid sliding up the tank !

The Bike reminds me of the 400 "mongrel" Ade was building that turned out to be a head turner..
