Up at 4.30, went down stairs had a cup of tea and some toast, came back to bed, couldn't get back to sleep, so as soon as it got light I went for a walk by our local canal
These swans have been busy with 7 cygnets!!!

Saw 2 young dear on the opposite side of the canal, it looked like one of them was trying to figure out how to get a drink, I stood and watched them for a few minutes and they weren't bothered by my presence

Not sure why the 1st picture rotated itself

Well I didnt think the van would ever see building gear again!!
2 years into retirement and having sold all my plant/heavy tools etc we decided to invest in some trestles and planks for my daughters small extension !
A mere £195 and all brand new.
With my own porch to build at home at the same time its a good investment as it will save soooo much time

Morning everyone
No work today, the 10 o'clock curfews mean as a drayman we are quite quiet.
If it was Sumner I'd be going for a walk
