Thought RB said it would be sorted by last weekend? what`s happened.?

he is away tomorrow on his travels to sort a container out in the states

We contacted the Forum people just before the weekend and it was looking good for then.
I contacted him again erm Monday? and he was passing the details to their Tech team, it was to have been live by yesterday afternoon (latest).
It's a matter of catching the help desk live on the t'interweb as that is how they do their tech support now, so far this morning he is a 'no show'.
It will be 14:40 in Singapore now....
We're on the case even with RB missing.
