It was a superb rally as usual... some excellent pictures

Friday night chippy run. 24 triples, a great turn out for a Friday.....

Saturday line up. We had 40 triples on the ride out, but only 39 made it to Dunsop Bridge. I'm not going to name and shame

Great rally, thanks to everyone who was involved in organising/running it

I would be just as happy with water but the bottles taste like lager even though theres no alcohol in it and it also stops me being a social outcast
Tonys right its actually 2 years 3 months since I last had an alcoholic drink and i wont be bothering again as Alcohol is not something i will ever need in my life again
And no Im not or havnt been attending AA.LOL
My decision was also partly based on health reasons.
The weird thing is drinking those bottles I do feel like Im socialising with a drink yet the best bit ,especially the next day, is non of the after affects.
Me Westy and my Mid Ohio buddy AL all went out for a curry last night and in the pub before I let Al try the Non alcoholic as he was drinking lager and he agreed it tastes no different.
The other + point is if youre out with me you have your designated driver

Great photos too of club members in the evening which for me, (with names), would fill the pages in the mag better than the pictures of the prize winners

I think it's just nice for the prize winners to get their picture in the mag. Although a few did a "runner" this year
If it was down to me, I would give to the next best vote winner if they couldn't be bothered to stay and didn't have a Doctors note

If you aint there to pick it up no prize....
In fairness to Mark (ardvark) he DID stay but was eventually told the prize giving was going to be AFTER the football!!
He has got NO interest in football so went home.
So Mark for me DID have a doctors note

I did wait for the prize giving but at 8.50 pm It was decided to wait until half time in the football.
As I was on my bike and would have been going home in the dark down country roads after the prize giving, there was no way I was going to wait.
As I said in another post I did enjoy the rally, but I went before the prize giving.
If the football was going to part of the day the prizes could have been given prior to the football starting.

The football wasn't part of the day, we just delayed it by a few minutes out of courtesy to those who were watching it.
