A guy in the USA was working for the power company as a lineman.
He was in an area running new electric to a new home/building build.
The property owner was tearing down the old barns and out buildings.
He had pushed a bike bike out of the barn and had it sat beside all the metal appliances for the Scrapman to pick up. The linesman asked the guy if he could have it, offered him $100.00 and bought it!
He got it running too!
