No spark H2

Hi guys, I've rebuilt an H2b imported form America. It ran well for about 100 miles and then I sent the charging rectifier and CDI units for rebuild (Rex's Speed Shop) as the rectifier couldn't keep up with the lights on and the CDI pack was really shabby. On their return it ran well straight away, I put another 10 miles on it and then it stopped while doing 60ish. There was no spark on any cylinder. Sent the ignition rectifier back to confirm that it was OK and it was. The only item out of tolerance was the low speed coil at 190 ohms and so I sent the stator for rebuilding. That's now back, but still no spark. I've disconnected the kill wire, so I just don't know what to try next. The chance of all 3 coils going bad together seems remote, and they test normal for resistance anyway. The plugs are new and spark when put on another bike. I'd really appreciate any thoughts you might have on this, thanks.

If frame has been powder coated you need to clean all earth points back to bare metal.
You may need to add an extra earth strap between engine & frame.
Gap between Ignition rotor & trigger coils should be set to 0.5mm (0.020").

You need to be having a conversation with Alan Moss
He rebuilds/tests and guarantees his rebuilds on Stators/Ignition boxes

Thanks for the replies. The frame is powder coated but all earths are intact - I was on a run when it stopped. I've sent the complete ignition for checking, just have to wait and see.
