gearbox/clutch oil for triples.

could some one tell me the proper oil or best oil for our gearboxes..ive put in any stuff over the years and i think its time i gave my h2 gearbox 1.4 litres of something ideal..thanks peter.

hi. I use Silkolene light gear oil and hav had no problems at all. I know some use ATF or similar. Good luck mate.

castrol actevo GP 10w-40. non synthetic. very good oil from local bike shop.

I usually use castrol mtx gear oil in my bikes.I heard people banging on about how good atf is ,so put it in my s3 and now the clutch slips :roll:

Whichever 10W30 or 10W40 they have when I go looking.

I think 10w 30 would be my choice. ATF seemed OK for me in past. Tend to get the cheap stuff!
