gearbox/clutch oil for triples.

could some one tell me the proper oil or best oil for our gearboxes..ive put in any stuff over the years and i think its time i gave my h2 gearbox 1.4 litres of something ideal..thanks peter.

hi. I use Silkolene light gear oil and hav had no problems at all. I know some use ATF or similar. Good luck mate.

castrol actevo GP 10w-40. non synthetic. very good oil from local bike shop.

I usually use castrol mtx gear oil in my bikes.I heard people banging on about how good atf is ,so put it in my s3 and now the clutch slips

Whichever 10W30 or 10W40 they have when I go looking.

I think 10w 30 would be my choice. ATF seemed OK for me in past. Tend to get the cheap stuff!
